Top Ten Ways to Be Disciplined Wins International Education Award
The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) recently announced their Annual Education Awards, and the Top Ten Ways to Be Disciplined: SC Mandatory Core Course received the 2009 Continuing Education Award. ARELLO is an international organization of real estate license law officials from throughout the world, and the South Carolina course was the only one recognized for excellence in continuing education for 2009. The course was created by a collaboration of 8 committee members that included instructors, administrators and Beau Tiller, Education Manager of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. “I was honored to serve on this committee with industry leaders to develop this course for online and classroom delivery,” said Dianna Brouthers, DREI. “We are thrilled to receive this recognition from ARELLO. As the newest member of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, I look forward to continuing to be active in the development of award-winning education programs that enlighten our licensees while protecting the public.”

“I am honored to have been selected to serve on the Real Estate Commission with the stellar leaders in South Carolina’s real estate industry who are committed to providing a business environment that protects the public.” The Real Estate Commission’s purpose is to effectively carry out the administration of the Real Estate License Law and Regulations, the Uniform Land Sales Practice Act, and the Vacation Time Sharing Plan Act while ensuring that the public is treated fairly by the more than 50,000 real estate licensees in South Carolina.
